Tracey Edwards is expected to announce a round the world race project that could see her up against Ellen McArthur
In a news story in the Times today, Ed Gorman reports on a Tracey Edwards’ latest proposed round the world racing project which could see her racing head to head against Ellen McArthur. It is likely that Edwards will have an all-girl team and could be sailing the 110ft maxi catamaran, Club Med.
The difference between the two however, is that McArthur will actually be taking part in the event while Edwards will be managing her project from home leaving her crew to attempt to break the non-stop round the world record.
