If you’re planning a trip to the forthcoming Collins Stewart London International Boat Show this weekend it’s worth keeping an eye out for the Carmela Cup – the two-boat team racing event to be held on Royal Victoria Docks.

This annual event hosted by the Royal Thames Yacht Club is the two-boat keelboat national championship supported by BMW UK Limited and sailed for in Beneteau First Class Eights. The event also includes an integrated university challenge, with a separate trophy for the best-performing university team.?
The Carmela Cup runs during the first weekend of the show (6-7 January) on the Royal Victoria Docks adjacent to the show with a start time of 1030 each day.
