The Irish Sailing Association have announced 2005 squad members for Olympic run-up

The Irish Sailing Association held its first Olympic Squad session of 2005 at the Citywest Hotel in Dublin, on Saturday February, formally announcing squad members and introducing new staff. The event marked the official campaign start for several new young squad sailors aspiring to compete in the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

The session was spent reviewing progress since Athens and addressing how the team could operate most effectively going forward. The process has put in place a solid foundation for the ISA’s on-going Olympic 2008 campaign.
