Hotel California Too takes second win in Cruiser-Racer class

The second day of Angostura Sailing Week for the DHL race yesterday saw the Business Machine crew come out in style uniformed in what is know as ‘Red, Gold and Green’ in the Caribbean. The irie clad crew did their best to keep up with Steve Schmidt on his Santa Cruise 70 Hotel California Too which powered past the fleet on the first mark and kept up the pace to take another first place.

The girls aboad Business Machine did not do too badly, pulling in third behind Nirvana, which they attribute to the powers of Jah!

In the Racing Class Donald Stollmeyer on his Bénéteau First 10m Baccanal Woman protested the committee for exposing the general recall flag when in fact it was an individual recall. The overall opinion is that Don simply wanted to spend the evening negotiating a Redress with the committee girls.

It seems he won out in the end which just goes to show that in Tobago, dress sense counts for a lot!
