Previously Brand and Sponsorship manager at Skandia, Tim Sewell will now head ISAF's Marketing and Events

Tim Sewell has joined the Secretariat of the International Sailing Federation (ISAF) in a new role as Head of Marketing and Events. His role is to oversee the work of Marketing and Media, Events, Training and Development.

Tim was previously Brand and Sponsorship manager at Skandia where he ran the company’s highly successful sailing sponsorship programme, including the title sponsorships of Cowes Week, Skandia Team GBR and Geelong Week.

Commenting on the appointment Jerome Pels, Managing Director said: “We are delighted that Tim has joined the ISAF team. He brings with him a wealth of experience which will be a valuable asset to this rapidly developing area of ISAF business.”

Tim added: “This is a great opportunity for me. I am really looking forward to my new role, being able to help the sport grow and ultimately put something back into the sport I enjoy so much.”
