Tracey Clarke talks to Mike Golding at the London Boat Show

This week's programme comes from the opening day of the London Boat Show at Excel where Tracey Clarke catches up with Mike Golding as he drops in on his way home from Australia after having retired from the Vendee Globe race after he was dismasted.

Meanwhile, on the eve of the Volvo Ocean Race in port race in Singapore, Guy Swindells gets Torben Grael's reaction to being cleared by the International Jury for an alleged measurement infraction and hears from Chris Nicholson on the knee injury that looks set to keep him out for the rest of the race. He also talks to Tom Tauber about the changes aboard Delta Lloyd and Ian Moore on his return as navigator to the Green Dragon team.
