The first Laser Stratos national championship promises to be a top family, fun event

The first Laser Stratos national championship will take place over the weekend of the 26-27 October. This inaugral event will be held at the picturesque Rollesby Broad Sailing Club in Norfolk. Open to both the Laser Stratos and the Laser Stratos keel, the plan is for four races to be held during the weekend.

Saturday’s first race will start at 1300 and Sunday’s prizegiving will take place at 1530. Saturday evening’s social will be at Rollesby Club House and will include a talk by the ‘East Anglia Film Archive’ following the history of Broadland sailing.

The weekend promises an excellent mix of racing, family fun and interest. To find out more about this event contact Jon Sallis on 01493 857313 (evenings/ weekends 01493 732106) or to find out more about the new and active Stratos Class Association by e-mailing: sophie.jezierski@virgin.net.
