Collins Stewart has been confirmed as the title sponsor of the London Boat Show 28/11/06

Collins Stewart has today been confirmed as the title sponsor for the London Boat Show, which attracts over 700 exhibitors and approximately 150,000 visitors each year. It will be known as the Collins Stewart London Boat Show.

Collins Stewart is the UK’s leading independent stockbroking, corporate advisory and wealth management business with offices in London, New York, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, Dublin and Paris. In 2006, it was the number one raiser of finance for companies on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM) and has one of the country’s broadest wealth management practices.

The annual boating spectacle held at ExCeL London will allow Collins Stewart to boost awareness of their services. James Gower, Director of Marketing of National Boat Shows, said: “Collins Stewart is joining the London Boat Show at a very exciting time. This year’s Show is undergoing a major enhancement with the introduction of educational and interactive new attractions, and we’re pleased Collins Stewart will be part of our new Show.”

The Collins Stewart London Boat Show will bring together the largest and most varied collection of boats in the UK as well as attracting an interesting and exciting array of boating personalities and marine experts. Boaters can check out the latest innovations and products on the market, while boating novices can learn everything there is to know about boating, watersports and our island heritage.

With over 700 exhibitors, around 1000 world-class boats and masses of related equipment, the Collins Stewart London Boat Show is sure to be bigger than ever.

The Collins Stewart London Boat Show runs from 5-14 January 2007 and is open 10am until 7pm (6pm Sunday 14 January). Thursday 11 January is late night opening until 9pm. Adult tickets start at £12.50 and this year children under 15 can come for free.
