Claus Hoj-Jensen sailing with Morten Harmsen and Mari Holm from Denmark has won the Yngling European championship which was held at Lake Garda from 24-28 April.

Hosted by Fraglia della Vela, Riva, the event was dominated by the Danish trio right from the start.

In the 77-boat fleet they notched up an impressive scoreline which included a string of first and second places. The next two places were also taken by Danes.
