Following two shows at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre, organisers withdraw this year's event
The 2009 Sail, Power & Watersports Show (formerly the Earls Court London Boat Show), which takes place at the end of each year, has been cancelled. However, a show has been scheduled for 2010.
The Earls Court Boat Show was first held in 2007 at the Exhibition Centre – a venue that had previously hosted the long-established London Boat Show until its move to London’s ExCeL in 2004. The ‘new’ Earls Court Show was entirely separate from the London Boat Show, and operated virtually in competition with it.
