Franck Cammas and Stève Ravussin on the Van Peteghem/Lauriot Prevost-designed Groupama 2 crossed the ORMA class Transat Jacques Vabre finish line in Bahia at 13:40:43 (French time) today.

The French duo have also broken the previous record they set in 2003 with a new time of 10 days 38 minutes and 43 seconds for the 4,616-mile race. The previous record was 11 days, 23 hours and 10 minutes which means they’ve sliced 1 day 22 hours 31 minutes and 58 seconds off the record.
